ABOUT THE MINISTRY

UTURN2JESUS Ministries was birthed out as God reminded Elder Benjamin Watts "I've delivered you from alcohol and substance abuse; now it is time for you to speak life into others. Once Elder Watts accepted the call, God immediately began sending wounded souls his way. Once again the ministry expanded as God spoke to Evangelist Andrea T. Watts, "You too have been a victim of co-dependency. Step out and snatch my people back from the enemy." God gave her "Stepping Out to Step N 2 (a future book) birthing out STEPN2YOURBLESSINGS Ministries. A ministry that speaks to the hearts of co-dependency victims. Working as one in the ministry, God directed them to receive their Virginia State Substance Abuse Counselors license still moving in their destiny and purpose. God has truly blessed them.

UTURN2JESUS encourages victims of alcohol and substance abuse to Live And Not Die. Those suffering from addiction will learn about the problem of addiction, the solutions to addiction, and the program of action that leads to change. Our spiritual program will help each individual to implement the solution into daily living through prayer, fasting and seeking a stable relationship with God. We believe if you can say to God, I won't let you go until you bless me, YOU WILL LIVE AND NOT DIE!

MISSION

UTURN2JESUS Substance Abuse Ministry provides services that assist people experiencing problems related to their own, or someone else's substance abuse. UTURN2JESUS Substance Abuse Ministry is committed to helping people satisfactorily resolve problems, accept Jesus in their lives, realize that Jesus is their solution to their problem or illness, and live healthier and more productive lives.

LOCATION AND MEETING SCHEDULE

UTURN2JESUS Substance Abuse Ministry is located at the New Community "Temple" Church of God In Christ at 3615 Tyre Neck Road, Portsmouth, VA. The ministry provides services for clients every Tuesday evening from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. You do not have to be affiliated with New Community "Temple" Church of God In Christ to attend. In fact, you do not even have to be a Christain. All you need are four things: Acknowledge your condition; Open mindedness; A willingness to hear new ideas; and A willingness to try new things. Jesus can and will help you, the rest is up to you!
